On May 4th the magnificent Resort at Pelican Hill near Newport Beach held the golf tournament of the John Wayne Cancer Charity Foundation. More than 100 golfers participated in the event, at which B.i.G. set up Performance Sessions and sponsored prizes for the winners. Among other challenges B.i.G. featured Stefanie Michl (Ladies European Tour) in “Beat the Pro”. During the evening banquet a round of golf with Sugar Ray Leonard was auctioned. The John Wayne Foundation and B.i.G. look back to a successful event.
The B.i.G Asia team was this time at the stunning 18 hole course set on Clear Water Bay Peninsula which is a green, mountainous and very beautiful area of the New Territories. The club has hosted numerous local and international tournaments.
B.i.G had a great time during the Performance Sessions with the private members of this Golf Course, which is known as one of the finest courses in China and one of only a handful of courses in the world that can boast Ocean views from every hole.
From the 22nd to the 29th of April 2012 Marko Rehmer & Friends invited about 100 guests to play in the Tenerife Golf Trophy for the RTL telethon. B.i.G. Performance Engineers were on-site and sponsored many prizes. Stefan Kretzschmar, a German handball icon, is looking forward to start into the new golf season with his custom-made B.i.G. golf clubs.
On April 20th and 21st this year’s Curator Luxury Event took place in San Diego. The event is featuring a showcase of world-class products and services. B.i.G. was one of the highly exclusive brands alongside with Rolls Royce, Aston Martin and so on. The invitation-only visitors had the possibility to test the B.i.G. golf clubs in a simulator and could win a B.i.G. wedge for “the nearest to the pin”.
The last Tuesday B.i.G. was with some Performance Engineers at the beautiful and impressive beachfront course Saadiyat Island Golf Club in Abu Dhabi. The participants of the B.i.G. Performance Sessions were impressed by their Performance leaps. Therefore it won’t be the last visit by B.i.G. in the upcoming golf nation.
A total of 18 Performance Sessions have been held on the Schloss Frauenthal Golf Club near Steiermark’s capital Graz. B.i.G. was able to convince numerous golfers of its high-tech equipment in Austria and appreciates the very positive feedback.
On March 11 and 12 all the planned Performance Sessions took place at the magnificent facilities of El Olivar Golf Club near Madrid.
On the same venue we were able to personally deliver Bernd Schuster’s and “Guti’s” new set of B.i.G. golf clubs. Guti was signing many autographes before he was free to test his new equipment.
During the 4th and 5th of April B.i.G. arranged numerous Performance Sessions at Austrian’s Murstätten Golf Club near Graz. Our Performance Engineers and the magnificent spring weather set up a perfect day. Despite a lot of head wind,
anyone interested felt a noticeable boost in their Golf Performance.
In fact, the demand for B.i.G.’s handcrafted golf club was so enormous at Murstätten Golf Club, that B.i.G. decided to stay an extra two days. LET Golf Professional Stefanie Michl, who plays B.i.G. clubs since 4 months, was on site to answer all the relevant questions around golf performance and a healthy future.
B.i.G. and everyone enjoyed our event for the start of the golf season. We are already looking forward to our next Performance Sessions at Murstätten Golf Club.
